Artist Profile and Statement

Born in Woolwich S.E London 1950

Married with 3 sons and 1 daughter

She is a totally self taught artist based in S.E.London/Kent

And has drawn from an early age with no formal art education apart from evening classes in life drawing and water colour in the 1970/80’s

During the past 20-30years has developed into a landscape and figurative artist using a variety of mediums where oil and pastel have been favored.

I regularly exhibit locally and find that travel has provided much subject matter. I am interested in colour and shape and have experimented with the combination of soft pastel on an acrylic base colour recently.
