PAULINE CUNNINGHAM

Spent her childhood in Bristol and Edinburgh. She worked as a research chemist at Bristol University before moving to Harrow and then to Kent, where She retrained as a science teacher. She has lived in Gravesend for 28 years, and began painting and attending classes at the Victoria centre about 15 years ago. She now concentrates on etching and printing, where the chemistry background comes in useful, and on semi-abstract ink paintings.
