Graham Cousins

I am a self taught artist living in North Kent near Brands Hatch.

I have been successfully painting portraits of people’s pets for over16 years with countless satisfied customers. 

Most of my pet portrait work has been done using pastels though I have recently carried out a number of commissions using acrylic paint in a watercolour style.

I primarily work from photographs supplied by my customers and my prices start from £125 for a framed 20”x16” head and shoulder study of a single subject.

While portraiture is my main artistic endeavour I have recently enjoyed a more spontaneous outlet in a series of impressionist canvasses of sunsets and seascapes I am currently working on a series of paintings of musicians that I have met whilst performing at local folk clubs, open mic sessions and jam nights.
